If you do have a child or young person in placement, we follow the nationally recognised Fostering Transfer Protocol. This includes a formal transfer meeting, where agreements are made to ensure the child’s continuity and stability remain the top priority. Wherever possible, children can transfer with you, maintaining their existing placements without disruption.
