Our Story
When Synergy Fostering began in 2000, we started with just one foster family caring for one child. Even now—many years and many children later—our ethos hasn’t changed: every foster family should feel as valued and supported as that very first one. Every child deserves a foster home where their individual needs are truly understood and met.
Our Mission & Belief
Our mission is simple: to help each foster family build an outstanding relationship with the child or young person in their care. We know fostering can be serious and challenging work, but it should also be full of joy, fun, and shared experiences. Life as a family—whether it’s your foster family, your birth family, or our team—becomes richer when we support and care for each other.

Our Promise of Support
At Synergy Fostering, we believe the best outcomes for young people come from working closely with you. Together, we can create a home where children feel safe, secure, and truly cared for—even as they face the challenges of being apart from their birth families.
Fostering isn’t always easy, just like any family life. But we’ll be right beside you, helping you navigate the ups and downs with positivity, creativity, and practical support. Because when foster families feel supported, children feel supported too—and that’s how trust, stability, and strong relationships grow.
Our Experience & Commitment
For over 25 years, we’ve carefully matched children with foster families so they can thrive in safe and stable environments. We’ll be right beside you, helping you navigate the ups and downs with positivity, creativity, and practical support—because when foster families feel supported, children feel supported too.
